What should I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?Updated 3 years ago

The easiest way to take care of an order that is damaged is to refuse delivery if possible. If the item has been delivered and is damaged, please visit the shipping carrier’s tracking page for the shipment using your unique tracking number and file a claim and reach out to a BakersGas.com representative with 48 hours. BakersGas.com will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but timelines are subject to change based on shipping carriers. If it after 48 hours we are not able to process a claim.

All freight you must inspect before signing and accepting. Refuse any package that is damaged. Once you sign for a freight package you are accepting as is.
